Strategies for Increasing Lead Conversion

                                                   Follow these three strategies to boost your lead conversion.

At the Dixon Group, we spend significant time reviewing how we can convert leads. Here are three ways you can increase lead conversion rate by over 500%:

1. Be fast. You don't necessarily have to be good, but you need to be fast. Be the first person the client talks to about their real estate decision, provide them with value, and let them know why they need to work with you. 

2. Schedule a face-to-face appointment. Set up a face-to-face meeting as soon as possible. We focus on scheduling Zoom meetings or meeting the client at the showing. 

3. Follow up on leads. The best way to increase your conversion rate is to follow up on leads continually. Call them with a purpose, give relevant information, and come from a place of contribution.

What he is doing now and vision for the future
Recently Daniel has joined the KW National Social-Equity Task Force as a leader of the Mountain Region. Daniel is working with leaders all across the country to make impactful changes for Black communities. In Colorado, The Dixon Group donates a percentage of every home sale towards single parents families and emerging Black real estate agents. His belief is that if individuals are given opportunities to work hard and be successful, they will rise to the occasion. He aims to provide opportunities for others to fulfill their dreams and become contributors towards a better community themselves.
